From technical chaos to a milestone roadmap
Multi-year partnership
Challenge
Systems grown without order, shifting priorities, no clarity on what to build first.
Approach
Open-ended discovery. Consolidation into a modular monolith with clear seams to extract services when the business justifies it. Milestone roadmap. Derivative products the client now sells to their own base.
Impact
Today they operate with their own on-call, no vendor lock-in. Derivative products active in their customer base. Technical capacity no longer dependent on an external vendor.
Technical layer operated as their own platform team
Operational partnership · active
Challenge
Vertical retail of automotive parts in LATAM. The client wanted to focus 100% on sales, marketing and customer service. They needed a partner to run the entire technical layer as if it were their own team, without dragging them into infra decisions.
Approach
Tech-only partnership: we run platform, integrations (gateway, inventory), deployments and observability. Agreed SLA, monthly scheduled maintenance windows, joint roadmap. They handle product and commercial; we handle code and operations.
Impact
Client freed from technical complexity. No incidents escalating to founders in recent months. Replicable model for further partnerships of the same profile.
SWIFT messaging hub for critical processes
In production · phased rollout
Challenge
Integrate FIN/MT flows with critical internal processes, with auditable observability and validation rules.
Approach
Event-driven messaging hub with MT/MX translators, declarative rule-based validation (schematron + a DSL the bank's team can extend), and an operational console. Phased rollout with assisted migration.
Impact
End-to-end traceability per UETR, correlation between MT/MX flows during coexistence, and a material drop in field-validation NACKs. Specific figures under NDA.
SWIFT FIN/MT ↔ ISO 20022/MX migration
Fixed project · regulatory deadline
Challenge
Meet the ISO 20022 adoption timeline (CBPR+ and SPEI MX) without disrupting daily operations.
Approach
Bidirectional translator covering pacs.008, pacs.009, camt.053 and pain.001, with carry-forward handling for fields without equivalent mapping, and an operational console so analysts can monitor, reprocess and audit messages.
Impact
Operators able to monitor, reprocess and audit messages without escalating to engineering. The client team extends validation rules autonomously.
3D platform for construction firms
Pay-per-deliverable · reusable framework
Challenge
An industrial-design partner needed a technical viewer for construction firms: smooth 3D navigation over large models, orbit bounding boxes for focused interaction, and agile per-project delivery.
Approach
Service under a pay-per-deliverable model. Each project adds pieces to the framework: base viewer, camera controls, bounding-box management, progressive model loading. What started as point deliveries is now a reusable technical platform.
Impact
End client served with an operating technical viewer. Partner with a differentiated offer in their market. Reusable codebase that accelerates every new contract.
