// 02 · The real cost

They fail in what the commit doesn't see.

Teams inheriting code without context. On-call rotations nobody wants. Migrations no one knows how to roll back. Technical debt is the cheap part.

That's why we look first:

// 03 · Method

How we work.

Fair size. Clear plan. Honest cost.

We diagnose first

Before proposing a solution, we understand your business, constraints, and what you've already tried. We map the real problem, not the symptom that hit the ticket.

We build with you

We're a team in plain sight. We work as your extended team: visible, accessible, teaching as we go. Your team grows with ours.

We stay until your team flies on its own

We stay operating alongside you until your team can sustain it. When you no longer need us, that's our best reference.

// 04 · Core capabilities

What we deliver.

Senior technical team capabilities without the burden of full-time hiring. Every client is different — we shape the scope with you.

Backend & Architecture

Services, APIs and event-driven systems (pub/sub with transactional outbox, event sourcing where it fits) that scale with your business. Modular monolith when it works, microservices when it doesn't. No dogma.

SRE & Platform Engineering

SLIs defined per user journey, error budgets as release gates, golden paths so the team ships without tickets, sustainable on-call rotations with blameless postmortems. We bring to your team what we learned operating platforms for global companies and LATAM banking.

Applied AI

Agents with tool use, retrieval, and continuous evaluation for cases where AI decides or assists, not where it executes unsupervised. We refine ours first before proposing yours.

// 05 · Process

How we execute.

Five steps. We start by understanding.

  1. 2-3 weeks of discovery with a written deliverable: findings, risks, and a milestone plan. The only phase we quote before starting.

  2. We agree on scope, plan, and an honest cost. If what you're asking for isn't right for you, we say so before starting.

  3. Short iterations with verifiable deliveries. Your team participates — they don't just receive.

  4. We run production with you or teach your team to: SLOs, observability, on-call rotations where it applies. Everything in plain sight: dashboards, runbooks, decisions.

  5. If something changes, we recalibrate. At close, we exit cleanly — no technical lock-in, no operational dependency.

// 06 · Evidence

Where we prove it.

Five projects. Five industries. Names withheld under NDA.

Vertical B2B SaaS · LATAM

From technical chaos to a milestone roadmap

Multi-year partnership

Challenge

Systems grown without order, shifting priorities, no clarity on what to build first.

Approach

Open-ended discovery. Consolidation into a modular monolith with clear seams to extract services when the business justifies it. Milestone roadmap. Derivative products the client now sells to their own base.

Impact

Today they operate with their own on-call, no vendor lock-in. Derivative products active in their customer base. Technical capacity no longer dependent on an external vendor.

Specialized retail / e-commerce · LATAM

Technical layer operated as their own platform team

Operational partnership · active

Challenge

Vertical retail of automotive parts in LATAM. The client wanted to focus 100% on sales, marketing and customer service. They needed a partner to run the entire technical layer as if it were their own team, without dragging them into infra decisions.

Approach

Tech-only partnership: we run platform, integrations (gateway, inventory), deployments and observability. Agreed SLA, monthly scheduled maintenance windows, joint roadmap. They handle product and commercial; we handle code and operations.

Impact

Client freed from technical complexity. No incidents escalating to founders in recent months. Replicable model for further partnerships of the same profile.

LATAM central bank

SWIFT messaging hub for critical processes

In production · phased rollout

Challenge

Integrate FIN/MT flows with critical internal processes, with auditable observability and validation rules.

Approach

Event-driven messaging hub with MT/MX translators, declarative rule-based validation (schematron + a DSL the bank's team can extend), and an operational console. Phased rollout with assisted migration.

Impact

End-to-end traceability per UETR, correlation between MT/MX flows during coexistence, and a material drop in field-validation NACKs. Specific figures under NDA.

Banks in Mexico

SWIFT FIN/MT ↔ ISO 20022/MX migration

Fixed project · regulatory deadline

Challenge

Meet the ISO 20022 adoption timeline (CBPR+ and SPEI MX) without disrupting daily operations.

Approach

Bidirectional translator covering pacs.008, pacs.009, camt.053 and pain.001, with carry-forward handling for fields without equivalent mapping, and an operational console so analysts can monitor, reprocess and audit messages.

Impact

Operators able to monitor, reprocess and audit messages without escalating to engineering. The client team extends validation rules autonomously.
